I’ve already been sorted, can I sort again?
Yes! We want everybody to experience this new Sorting Ceremony, so we are making a special, one-time exception to allow people who have already been sorted to sort again.
So can I take it as many times as I want then?
No, it’s just a one-time exception – after you are sorted in the new Sorting Ceremony, your house is final.
But what if I don’t like my new house and want to keep my old one?
No problem! If you are assigned a different house this time around, you will be offered the choice whether to keep your original house, or to accept the new one. It’s totally up to you! There’s no risk at all in trying the new sorting ceremony.
