To complete registration, they will need to click the button (“GO TO REGISTRATION”) in the message we sent to their email inbox. If they have not received the email you can try:
- Checking the spam or junk folders as the email may have made its way there
- Double checking that you have granted consent for the correct email address
If the email does not arrive within 24 hours, we recommend they try to register again here. You will also need to grant consent again in response to the new request from your child.
