The Harry Potter website is introducing a new feature to enable adult users to update their E-mail addresses within Account Settings. To update your E-mail address:
- Navigate to ‘Profile’ in top navigation bar
- Select ‘Account Settings’ in the ACTIONS dropdown
- Select ‘Update’ next to E-mail Address line
- Make changes to update your E-mail address and submit
- Updated E-mail address will be reflected in Account Settings
This feature will only be visible to adult profile users. If you are a parent or guardian who would like to update the E-mail address associated with your child’s account, please reach out to the Harry Potter Customer Care team here.
